The Way We Work
Shipment of quality clothing on time is the prime objective of SKY DRIVE TEXTILE to achieve this, we do the following works:-
Factory Selection
To ensure smooth production, our QA (Quality Assurance) team is visiting different garments factories on regular basis. We have a factory evaluation guideline to enlist the vendor as production unit of Fancy Tex. This evaluation guideline is of international standard. On the basis of our evaluation, we selected some factories. They are our regular vendors. Moreover, we are always searching for new factories to expand our production capacity.
Sourcing of Yarn and Fabrics
This is the responsibility of our Textile Division to select the right source and to monitor the overall procurement process of yarn and fabric. Since, we are closely associated with different reputed textile mills of Asia; we are in a favorable position to ensure this important task on time. Regular contacts with the yarn/fabrics sources to get the lab-dips, to ensure the bulk production, to get the pre-shipment sample and to ensure the yarn/fabric shipment on time is the full responsibility of SKY DRIVE TEXTILE.
Quality Check during Production
This is another important job of SKY DRIVE TEXTILE. We take care of quality during fabric making stage. We monitor the knitting/weaving of the yarn, supervise the dyeing and approve each and every batch of fabric sent into our production lines. As such we are able to guarantee the quality of our fabrics and ensure it is defect free and up to your requirements. Our inspection team is not only preparing the production QC Report, but also providing remedies (if possible) on the spot to ensure smooth production. This strategy is ensuring on time shipment and benefiting all of us (vendors, SKY DRIVE TEXTILE and buyers).
Overall Co-ordination till Shipment
SKY DRIVE TEXTILE co-ordinates the whole process of clothing production with utmost sincerity. Lab-dip Approval, Factory selection, Production process monitoring, approval of pre shipment samples, LC / Banking procedures, customs, GSP documentation, Shipping and all other function till to shipment also Bank to Bank documentation are made by our company by our hardworking team. Regular Reports to the Importers/Buyers
We provide reports on quality and production status to the buyers/importers on regular basis. Format or our Quality control Report could be changed as per the special wishes of buyers / importers. Textile and clothing business is not free of tribulations. If any crisis arises, we do our level best to resolve this from our part. But at the same time, we always keep buyers informed about the situation.

Fabric Source
As the primary check to ensure quality, we guide suppliers as to the proper source of fabric and identify manufacturers which can deliver in time, good quality fabric of desired weight, construction and color etc.
Identify supplier
Every factory we deal with is evaluated at two levels:
- To assess capacity and capability.
- To check environmental control and adherence to Labor Laws.
Sampling
We arrange sampling from our own sample house as per buyers designs, sketches etc. Samples against orders and Promotional samples sent by suppliers are free of charge.
Prices
We scrutinize prices quoted by the supplier and with our own experience of the cost structure in the country, obtain the most realistic prices from them.
Quality control
Once an order has been placed with a supplier, we take the following steps to see that only correct merchandise is shipped:

- Before production is started, we obtain approval sample and check it minutely in all respects such as size specification, workmanship, cleanliness and proper fit of the garment.
- We also suggest from time to time, possible improvements in production process to improve workmanship and get perfect merchandise.
- Our quality controllers visit factories at regular intervals, making surprise checks, to see that only the correct quality is produced and reject sub-standard and defective pieces in the production pipeline itself.
- When the consignment is ready, we carry out systematic inspection as suggested by our buyers. If the merchandise is found satisfactory, we issue a certificate of inspection.

Since we believe in crystal clear views and straight-forwardness, we provide our clients a Critical Path Method (CPM Method) how goods will be shipped in the required / given to have clear direction of merchandising the goods. Delivery Time
Delivery time is based on the date of reception of your L/C, not on order confirmation date. For Knitted garments, usually 60 days + transit time, 45 days possible depending on quality and situation.
Shipment Mode and Transit Time
On FOB or C&F basis upon request available for both FCL and LCL shipments by sea or by air. Transit time from Bangladesh to European ports: 3 to 4 weeks by sea, 1 week by air.
